Diligence designed in, not retrofitted.
Elementum intends to develop its projects against internationally recognised diligence frameworks, including the IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles. These are the reference frameworks the company intends to work to — Elementum does not hold, and does not claim, certification, third-party assurance, or completed alignment under either framework.
The matrix below separates the risk itself from the management approach and from the current state of diligence, so that planned work is never presented as a completed mitigation.
Risk register — approach and current status
Each row states the risk, the approach Elementum intends to apply, and where that work currently stands. Scroll the table horizontally on narrow screens.
| Risk area | Risk | Management approach | Current diligence status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Development | Sites may not survive resource, land, or technical screening. | Stage-gated screening with defined go / no-go criteria before further spend. | In progress |
| Permitting | Environmental and land approvals are project-specific and time-bound. | Early engagement with competent authorities and scoping of required studies. | Planned / in diligence |
| Interconnection | Grid capacity and injection points constrain where generation can connect. | Interconnection studies and coordination with the utility on network scope. | Planned / in diligence |
| EPC / delivery | Cost, schedule and quality exposure during construction. | Competitive contractor selection and defined scope before notice to proceed. | Not yet commenced |
| Offtake / revenue | Revenue depends on contract terms that are not yet agreed. | Commercial structuring with utility and industrial counterparties. | Not yet secured |
| Market | Commodity, equipment and macroeconomic movements affect project viability. | Sensitivity testing within feasibility work and phased capital commitment. | In progress |
| ESG / community | Land use, biodiversity and community impacts must be identified early. | Impact assessment scoping and stakeholder engagement plans aligned to IFC-style diligence. | Planned / in diligence |
Status reflects development-stage work. Nothing below should be read as a secured permit, interconnection, contract, or financing.
