Institutional governance from the first day of development.

Elementum structures projects to development-finance standards so environmental, social, and governance diligence is embedded rather than retrofitted.

Governance approach

Diligence designed in, not retrofitted.

Elementum intends to develop its projects against internationally recognised diligence frameworks, including the IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles. These are the reference frameworks the company intends to work to — Elementum does not hold, and does not claim, certification, third-party assurance, or completed alignment under either framework.

The matrix below separates the risk itself from the management approach and from the current state of diligence, so that planned work is never presented as a completed mitigation.

Risk register — approach and current status

Each row states the risk, the approach Elementum intends to apply, and where that work currently stands. Scroll the table horizontally on narrow screens.
