Investment Thesis

Exporting refined silica captures far more value than exporting raw sand.

High-purity silica is a critical input for solar glass, float glass, semiconductors, specialty coatings, and battery materials. Guyana's silica endowment is currently exported largely unprocessed. Domestic beneficiation and refining capture significantly more value per ton and align with global demand for lower-carbon, traceable industrial inputs.

Current status

From mine to solar-grade export.

Elementum is advancing a silica processing concept through resource characterization and process testing. Product qualification, customer development, and potential offtake with glass and solar manufacturers are diligence workstreams — no customer or offtake is secured, and no purity, reserve, or production claim is made. The concept assumes low-carbon renewable electricity and co-location with the Integrated Industrial Platform for shared utilities and logistics.

The silica platform is at resource characterization and concept stage. Elementum does not represent reserves, product purity, throughput, market size, pricing, customers, or secured offtake.
